Do you want to put your team, club or staff through a workout as a "team building" opportunity?  We can offer private classes for your workplace, your sports team, your neighbors, your circle of close friends.  Contact us about private class options.

Sometimes we also host guest teachers after spin classes in the dead of winter when we can't get outside.   

About the instructor:

Megan Hottman - has been teaching exercise and fitness classes since 1998.  She became a certified Johnny G Spinning Instructor in 1999 and a Certified AFAA Aerobics Instructor in 2000.  She has taught kickboxing, spinning, core, and circuit training classes ever since!  Megan was also a personal trainer while in college and law school, certified by NITA and NASM, as well as a USA Cycling certified cycling coach.  A former marathon runner-turned competitive cyclist-with lots of teaching, racing, and training experience, Megan delivers a hard workout packed with information, proper form emphasis and take-home tid-bits.​

* Our classes are appropriate for all levels -beginner, or veteran!  We will always provide alternative exercises or modifications to make it both safe and enjoyable for every class attendee.  So-don't be intimidated, come and have fun, and enjoy the motivating benefits of a group atmosphere! 

Spin Classes

90 minutes of intervals & intensity

$10/class or

$90 for a 10-class punchcard 

November 2016 - March 2017 (Classes begin 10/26/16)

-Wednesday nights, 630-800pm 

-Saturday mornings, 730-900am

+occasional Sunday classes when weather is cold 

We provide Cycleops fluid trainers, music, instruction, post-workout coffee and snacks, and more.

You bring your bike (slick rear tire-no knobbies!), your bike shoescycling gear, water bottles, a sweat towel, and dry clothes and recovery food/drink for afterwards!
